Marketing II Curriculum

Marketing II is open to those who have successfully completed the Marketing I Course.

The Marketing II curriculum focuses on the following:

Fashion Marketing

Hospitality and Tourism Marketing

International Marketing

Sports, Special Events and Entertainment Marketing

Financial Marketing/Stock Market

Marketing II grades consist of Test/Projects, Daily/Homework Grades, Mid-term Exams and Final Exams.  Projects are normally double-weighted for a 200 point grade, which can greatly enhance the grade or lower it, if not done.  Most work is done in class, other than occasional outside homework assignments and some project work.

DECA is an integral part of the Marketing II curriculum for career learning, competition preparation for those wishing to compete at the District, State and International levels, for those wishing to take advantage of DECA sponsored educational travel and in competency-based learning.
